Salami Pizza made with Moris Parrot Plant Based Salami

Prepare the flavorful Salami Pizza with Moris Parrot Plant Based Salami


  • 12 ounces Moris Parrot Plant Based Salami
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (12-inch) pre baked thin pizza crust
  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup grated vegan mozzarella cheese substitute
  • 1/4 cup prepared vegan pesto


  • Preheat the oven to 450 F
  • In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add vegetarian sausages and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until browned. Cut into 1/2-inch rounds.
  • Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread with tomato sauce, leaving a 1-inch border.
  • Scatter the Moris Parrot Plant Based Salami and artichokes on top, then sprinkle with non-dairy cheese.
  • Bake pizza for 12 to 14 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Remove from the oven, dot with pesto and bake 2 minutes more.
